I am a French economist primarily interested in non-monetary incentives in the workplace. I am also interested in the economics of defence, and especially how militaries hire and retain personnel. Secondarily, I am interested in the meta-science of economics, the open social web (such as Bluesky), networks, and the diffusion of opinions (including disinformation and misinformation).

I am a research associate at CEREFIGE at the Université de Lorraine (Nancy, Lorraine, France). I am also an adjunct professor at the Faculté de Droit, Sciences Économiques et Gestion (Department of Law, Economics, and Management) at the Université de Lorraine and at ESG Act (Paris, France), and a junior partner and the consulting editor at Standard Error Research Editors (Chicago, United States).
